Phase 2: Toyota of Boerne

Toyota of Boerne is growing at a rapid pace and needed to consolidate their business offices and parts storage. They leased this 30K sqft warehouse and hired us to finish out space. The area needed to be subdivided into two parts, Business office and Parts Storage. We accomplished this by building a 50×18’ demising wall. We added carpet squares, (16) 4’ LED drop down lighting fixtures, electrical outlets to walls and ran wires above drop down ceiling for data. We added ceramic tile at break room and rearranged pass through to accommodate traffic. In addition we added a 4×4’ window and glass framed door to the new conference area.
