Owners had 2 problems with this beautiful back yard flooding and too much sun. We used Phil Solomon (Architect Landscaper) to solve the problem of flooding by adding 8” French drains and hardscaping the back of house. We solved too much sun by building a 15×15’ covered structure that also helps with flooding issues. A nook for the grill and a 20’ rock bench that also acts as a retaining wall was built. The outdoor entertainment area was topped off with recessed ceiling, sconce lighting, and a huge ceiling fan. The house and back house received new color and paint.
